We reserved your appointment time just for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48-hours notice so that we can schedule another guest and keep our service provider booked.
Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24-hours advance notice. Thank you for your understanding.
We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes prior to appointment for facial appointments to allow time to fill out a brief guest consultation questionnaire.
Street parking is metered until 6pm; the meter accepts dimes and quarters. There is free 2 hour parking in the triangle on Broad St. between 3rd and 4th St.
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you and if our schedule permits it. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service will be adapted to the time left and the full amount will be charged.
We are often asked about gratuities. Gratuities are not included in any services, treatments or on gift cards unless noted. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%. Gratuities can by given in cash, or added to your credit card. On our specials, discounted services and club discounts we suggest that you tip on the full amount of services prior to discount.
It is recommended that appointments be reserved at least two weeks in advance to get the day and time that is best for your schedule. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. For a facial please arrive 15 minutes before the appoitment.
Walk-Ins Welcome for All Services
We welcome walk-ins; however available slots generally fill up during the day. We suggest that you give us a call and we can tell you what times are currently available for that day.
